Order Modifications or Cancellations

Please email us at hello@inalabotanics.com.au as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request but please note that unfortunately, once your order ships out, we are unable to make any changes. 

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after you placed your order, please contact our support team at hello@inalabotanics.com.au so we can look into it. 

Please note we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the customer not being home during the time of delivery. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, no refund will be provided. Costs to re-ship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on products unless they are damaged upon delivery.

Damaged Products

All products are checked for quality before dispatch, but we understand that there are instances where goods might be damaged during transportation. In this case, please contact us at hello@inalabotanics.com.au within 7 days of receipt, along with photos of the damaged product(s) and proof of purchase. 

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return any faulty or damaged item. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We highly recommended using a tracked method to ensure safe delivery so we can complete the refund. 

Once the item has been returned to us, we will notify you that we have received your item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund. Any original shipping charges and duties paid will not be refunded.
